Quinoa pasta

Quinoa is also a great substitute for dishes that would call for couscous, rice, or any small grain.

This is one of my favorite brands of gluten free pasta. I have tried many brown rice based variations, and found them all to be too dense, sticky and chewy to really enjoy. For all of you who aren't yet familiar with quinoa... you're welcome! This ancient grain is just wonderful in all forms. It is packed with protein and fiber, yet makes a perfectly textured pasta.
