Pizza... the way it should be.

Tastes even better than it looks. Almost makes me feel as though I'm back on Arthur Avenue in the Bronx :)



Continuing my pesto theme today... I made this pizza by first rubbing the crust with some Italian extra virgin olive oil, then topping it with dried Italian herbs, goat cheese, dabs of pesto, parmesan, and a great prosciutto (also found at Whole Foods).


These Udi's Gluten Free Pizza Crusts are a godsend! They can be found at Whole Foods, and are about $4 for a pack of two. They are thin, cook to a wonderful crispness, and actually taste like pizza crust should.
