Quinoa pasta with fresh pesto, peas, pine nuts, and parmesan.
I was craving pesto today, so I decided to make a pesto pasta with peas, pine nuts, and freshly grated parmesan. The quinoa rotelle makes an awesome hot pasta dish, or cold pasta salad.
